Who I am
Nudgewell is run by Harry, based in Greater Manchester. For anything about your data, email harry@nudgewell.co.uk.
What data I use and why
- Enquiries from this website. The contact form on the home page writes an email in your own email app. Nothing you type is stored by this website. If you send it, I receive your name, business, phone number and message, and use them only to reply to you.
- Business emails to electricians. I email limited companies about my services using business addresses that are publicly listed, for example on their website. This is business-to-business marketing under the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations, and my legitimate interest. Every email says where I found the address and how to opt out.
- Customers. If you become a customer I process your business details to provide the service, and your customers' enquiry details only to reply to and follow up those enquiries for your business.
Opting out
Reply "no thanks" or "STOP" to any email from me and I will not contact you again. I keep your address on a do-not-contact list so that I do not email you by mistake.
Cookies and third parties
This site sets no tracking or advertising cookies. It remembers your light or dark theme choice in your own browser. Fonts load from Google Fonts, which means your IP address is sent to Google when the page loads. The site is hosted by Cloudflare.
How long I keep data
Prospect details are kept while I am in contact and then on the do-not-contact list if you opt out. Customer data is kept while you are a customer and removed within 30 days of you leaving, unless the law requires otherwise.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, and object to marketing, by emailing me. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
